Chris Gray
Chris has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial advisor and lawyer with particular focus on strategy and execution of major government projects. He has been a Steering Committee Member and the Lead Lawyer on every major SA Government Outsourcing and PPP for the last decade. He has exceptional networks within both Government and the private sector and is recognised as an industry leader in designing and closing complex public projects. Chris is a trusted advisor to Government Departments and Ministers and was the runner-up in the 2013 ACLA Australian Government Lawyer of the Year Award. He also has an extensive knowledge of government law and has provided governance advice to most SA Government Boards, as well as to private sector boards.
Lidio Andreotti
Lidio has over 30 years’ experience as a commercial advisor and lawyer to private and public sector clients. Lidio’s particular focus is on property development, construction, and major infrastructure projects. Lidio’s experience advising public sector clients includes acting as External General Counsel to Renewal SA for 12 years, and as strategic advisor to other SA Government agencies and Ministers on significant development and infrastructure projects. These projects have involved complex and sensitive negotiations with national and international private sector counterparties. Lidio has established strong relationships within the SA Government and also with the private sector. He is recognised for his ability to provide pragmatic strategic legal advice in a way that is tailored to meeting the particular requirements of government.
